Our primary focus: Working with churches and agencies who seek to address the key issues of poverty, vulnerability and marginalisation, both in the UK and overseas.
Our way of working: We combine the creative elements of art and drama to make learning accessible, memorable and fun.
We are reflective practitioners: We believe that reflection is key in deepening our learning and time and space is always given in training sessions to this end.
Our training practice is grounded in grass roots volunteering. The Mosaic team are actively involved as volunteers in mentoring and befriending homeless young people, which is essential for sharpening understanding of the realities of being marginalised and vulnerable.
We work collaboratively with clients and agencies: We recognise the value of networking and collaboration and the importance of sharing ideas, concepts and resources.
